Order Processing & Pre-Orders

All items are pre-order based, meaning some products may take additional time to process and prepare. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, and additional time for pre-order items. 

Shipping Times

• U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipped
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days after shipped

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Important Notes

• Pre-order items may require additional production time before shipping.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
