All purchases made from RESONATE are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items.

Pre-Orders & Made Items

Because many of our items are pre-order based, all sales are final once the order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
